although the mouse is wonderfully designedergonomically and eliminated the pain in my hand within just a few days, it was extremely frustrating because it failed to work properly most of the time often - freezing and jumping rather than moving in parallel with hand's movements. Evoluent and their distributor advice was adjust speed or try different mouse pad -- which made no difference. After further research found others had same issues - great ergonomics but it stalls-jumps and can't be used as a mouse.

This was the best thing I could have purchased for the pain in my right wrist. After a week with this new mouse I did not have any pain in my wrist when I left work at the end of the day. It takes a few minutes to get used to but it is very easy to use once you learn the buttons. This mouse functions very well, never have any problems with function. Worth every penny for sure!

I tried this mouse 4 years ago and have never used another one since. I am now buying one for my husband. He has had 9 elbow surgeries and a regular mouse is killing him. I'm betting this will do the trick. No more need to move the arm at all with this mouse. LOVE IT !!!! It takes a few tries to get used to it, but u will love it in no time.

Over time, I experience a lot discomfort using a normal mouse. I don't know why. But I used this mouse at my last job and had to get another after experiencing the same wrists issues on the new job with the standard mouse. It takes a little time getting use to it but once you get the hang of it, you never go back.
